Slovenia is a green and diverse country, lying between the Alps, the Mediterranean, and the Panonian plain and embracing all the beauties of the old continent. In the north it boundries Austria, in the east Hungary, in the south Croatia and Italy in the west.
Slovenia is a member of Schengen area meaning there is free transition with all boundaries except Croatia.

Ljubljana international Airport (Jože Pučnik) is connected to many European cities. Beside the national carier Adria Airways there are many different European companies flying in. Nearby airports are Vienna (A), v Graz (A), Klagenfurt (A), Salzburg (A), Venice (I), Trieste (I) and Zagreb (CRO).
